Need to Cancel?

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Rescheduling is based on availability of the therapist. If no other day or time works for the same week as the previously scheduled therapy session, it will be considered a late-cancellation.

If you have need to cancel an appointment you have that's scheduled Tuesday thru Friday, we need 24 hour notice, and we need 72 hour notice for Monday appointments, so that we don't have to charge you our full fee. Thank you for your understanding.
